Planning For Pent 13
Pent 13 was initially scheduled for June 19-21, 2009 at the Kolenda Family Kottage in Rockdale, Pennsylvania, but public outcry over holding the event the same weekend as Father's Day caused planners to revisit their decision. A vote was held on an alternative date, but that proved to be in vain as another scheduling conflict was encountered. Mike Kolenda was forced to abandon his bid for Pent 13 and an alternative date and site were finalized and made official.
